NLPC currently has a leadership team that consists of our Pastor and 4 members with responsibility for different aspects of church life.
We have a Church Council who are responsible for running the Church and charity (Trustees). The Church Council consists of our Pastor, John Guy, Josh Johnson, Godswill Sithole and Claudette Harding.
In addition to the Church Council we have a Vision Team who are tasked with ensuring that we work towards seeing the church's vision and mission fulfilled. Currently the Vision Team consists of the Church Council plus Serah Johnson (who has responsibility for the Young Adults group) and Ravali Nanganuri (who has responsibility for leading the Ladies group).
Pastor Joel Nanganuri
From May 31st 2020 Joel has become our Pastor. He has a heart for missions.He had previously been our Assistant pastor and oversaw our mission projects and men's group. He is an accredited minister with our denomination, Assemblies of God - GB. Joel is married to Ravali who leads our Ladies group and they have two children. He loves travelling.
Godswill Sithole (Church Secretary)
Godswill is our Church Secretary. He is a passionate prayer warrior and is involved in our worship band. He is married to Ethel and they have three children.
Claudette Harding
Claudette works with the children heading up a team that teaches them on a Sunday. She loves working with children and volunteers in local schools.
